If your house doesn't have plumbing accessories like these, stop calling it luxury. You may have built an expensive house, but luxury is in the details. Price makes a house expensive. Attention to detail makes it feel luxurious.

Housing is expensive because building costs are expensive. You wouldn’t buy an old house for a million if you could build one for $800k. But you can’t because Land is stupidly expensive. Why? Because developers have to do dumb sh1t like this. It always comes back to dumb gov.

In my opinion if you want to sell luxury, your packaging should represent it. N248,000 Tinubu naira isn't small money. The outfit would have looked very expensive if the packaging looked more expensive.

When it comes to luxury, nothing tops Tesla Self-Driving imo. Ridiculously expensive cars from Rolls-Royce, Bentley, etc. have fancy materials, but if the car can’t drive itself, what’s the point? This is the new luxury.

Hi Nigel Farage, just reminding you that you never did give a straight answer about why you claimed to have bought a house in Clacton. Why does your girlfriend Laure Ferrari own a £885k house that it was claimed was funded by parents that don’t have the means? Why did you say you had had an ‘expensive week’ taking tax advice on the house? Why don’t you own a property in Clacton if it was so important to you in this interview?

Duty is mandatory, but appreciation is what makes it beautiful. we have to do better than acting like saying "Thank You" is a crime. Yes, he's supposed to do it-but the fact that he IS doing it in a world where many refuse is a big deal. Strategize for a home where everyone feels seen. Gratitude doesn't lower your standards; it raises the vibration of your house #lamwhykayy #realtalkwithwhykay

Trump: I asked Xi how many wind farms do you have? They don't have a lot. Very few. Wind is tremendously expensive and very ugly. If you want a house inside of a windmill, your house is worth than less half. And you hear noises.

Trump: "You buy a house, you have a faucet in the house and the water doesn't come out. They have a restrictor in areas where you have so much water they don't know what to do with it. You have a shower head the shower doesn't -- you think it's not working, it is working. That's no good for me."
