At 54, here’s something I think about a lot: The good old days don’t feel like it at the time. It feels more like struggle. From the age of 25 to 45, you’re in the thick of it—building a career, raising kids, trying to get ahead (or just keep up with life). It’s so easy to lose perspective and forget that… You’re in the sweet spot. One day you’ll look back on that struggle as the best of times. Every season of life has its pros and cons—triumphs and challenges—but there’s nothing quite like the prime adult years. So what are we to do about it? Simply recognize that you’re living your good old days right now. Slow down. Savor it. Smell the roses. Because I’m here to tell you… The days are long, but the years fly by. 🎥: First flight for my younger daughter. I thought I was climbing the mountain—little did I know I was standing on the peak.

Rumor has it I’m still swimming… 😂 Lol, but hey, I’m about to get real for a second. There have been many moments recently where I’ve felt like the currents have been too tough to swim through… All I wanted to do was throw in the towel and come up for air. But it’s in moments like this where I remind myself that I CAN swim… and I’m actually a damn strong swimmer at that! I may have to hold my breath for a little longer, or paddle a bit harder, but I always make it to the other side. So this is your reminder to just keep swimming. If I can do it, so can you. On the 20th of October this happened, I watched as mainstream media arrived with the U.N. envoy instead of staying the night like the rest of us and seeing how israel was playing mind games and dropping bombs as if it was a toy…total disregard. I didn’t think to post it assuming that no way things would get this bad or last this long. Following this video my mother grounded me saying, “you are one person but part of so many, you do what you can and that makes you a sum of the parts, don’t think of what you can’t do but what you can do”, it was not to lessen from me but rather so I don’t ever get bogged down and see that we all have a role to play. At the end of the day you are speaking up one year against a cult like ideology that has been operating for over 70 years. It may take time but the point is…it has started. We are all a sum of the part and don’t ever underestimate yourself. Instead of thinking there’s nothing I can do, change it to ‘what can I do?’. Even a small action will have an effect in the right direction. As lonely as this year has been for a lot of us it’s important to know that you are not alone in your feelings or your actions, despair is their weapon hope and justice is ours.

Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please don’t ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.

'What if I don't find anyone else?' 'I don't have time to cook!' 'I don't have time to workout!' 'I have nothing to feel happy about' 'I can't sleep!' Your life will not change, unless YOU do! You need to change your mindset! No one can do it for you. You can CHOOSE to see silver linings OR just the possibility of rain. You can CHOOSE your HARD... - Struggle through a workout vs struggle to look at yourself & how unhealthy you've become - Struggle to learn a new skill vs struggle in a job you hate. Trying to see beyond your unhappiness, 'bad luck' & bad choices is confronting & can feel impossible...BUT it isn't!! It's possible! Not over night but gradually...taking ONE DAY AT A TIME! Be kind to yourself! Changing your mindset & working on overhauling years of negative thought processes is far from easy but in doing so, you'll reclaim your POWER & take back control of your own happiness. Choosing to go out into the sunshine to drink a cuppa (instead of staying cooped up indoors) won't make your problems disappear...BUT it gives you a few seconds of CALM to REFOCUS your thoughts & a dose of Vitamin D & fresh air, while feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin. In making that choice, you reinforce your self-worth: you deserve time for yourself & you deserve to feel good. It's a simple choice that can completely change how you feel for the better, even if just for a moment. In time, your days can become full of those moments & you'll no longer need to look for the light in the dark. You will BE the light! The beacon of your own happiness ❤️🫂 #mindset

The PCB’s in today’s smartphones contain an ever-increasing density of components and integration. The iPhone uses “Substrate-Like” PCB technology to achieve impressive levels of component density, everything is so closely packed, and no space is wasted. With this PCB technology, a "PCB sandwich" could be made by creating cavities in an FR4 PCB substrate and then stacking another PCB on top to form a lid, the “walls” formed by the cavities can be plated and then used as interconnects. This is similar to hollowing out the inside of a loaf of bread and then filling it with cheese & ingredients – or components in this case! Standard FR4 substrates A clever and smart PCB technology for the modern smartphone. Apple has been using Substrate-Like PCBs since the iPhone X and has been evolving and iterating it with every new iPhone release. I’m probably one of the only Teslanaires out there, if not one of the very few, still cutting my own hair. I cut my own hair again today, and it reminded me that becoming a multi-millionaire usually isn’t a random coincidence. People see the $ and think it just happened. What they usually don’t see are the small habits behind it. Of course, I could go spend $25–$50 on a haircut that probably looks better than the one I give myself. But that’s not really what matters to me. I don’t care that much about looking perfect. I care about controlling my time. I care about staying grounded. I care about keeping the kind of habits that helped me build wealth in the first place. And honestly, I enjoy doing it. I’ve been cutting my own hair for so many years that I don’t even think about going to the barber anymore. It’s just normal to me now. It saves time, keeps me frugal, and reminds me that wealth is usually built in the small choices nobody claps for. That’s the part people miss. A lot of people see wealth and assume it was luck. But a lot of the time, it’s really the result of small disciplined habits repeated for years. Not wasting $ just bc you can. Not wasting time just bc other people do. And the funny part is, one day my fleet of Tesla Bots will probably be doing it for me anyway. But until then, I’m good doing it myself. Bc to me, being wealthy was never about trying to look rich. It was about building a mindset. A mindset that values time, discipline, and freedom more than appearances. And once you really live that way, it shows up in a lot of things, even something as simple as cutting your own hair.

6 months ago we were dropping a new app every week No one cared We’d randomly get 10k users on an app But they came for the app, not the person The thing is, I don’t care about making a retentive app for one audience I want to be a retentive person ~ for my audience What if I was the app? It’s about time I tell you the truth… social media is full of fake people doing whatever they can to go viral, look perfect, and build a brand. I built my brand on being the tall girl (with a dumpy). Not many women my height have the proportions I do and I capitalized on that. Except… that’s just it. I don’t have those proportions as a 6’2 woman because I am only 5’2. The reason I only don’t go out much and never socialize with fans is I didn’t want my secret getting out. It’s been hard to maintain this idea of being a tall girl for so many years. I have to stand on boxes in pictures with my friends and family and never be caught in a high angle selfie. I have special extra small furniture to make me appear larger. Even my doors are shorter than standard. The amount of effort I have to go through to appear as a 6’2 tall woman and make it believable is incredibly hard. And so many people have already caught me too! They constantly comment that I’m lying about my height and that I’m actually short. Well. Today they get that moment of victory where they can say they were right. Congrats, trolls and haters… you found me out. I guess the last thing for me to say is the reason behind doing this. Why I poured so much into an identity that didn’t fit me. If you made it this far, then you deserve to know. Why did I pretend to be a 6’2 model with curves that aren’t naturally seen on someone of that stature? Why didn’t I embrace my 5’2 frame and stop pretending nothing ever fit me in clothes and that the top of the fridge really was a difficult reach? There’s only one answer to that. It’s because… it’s April fools, and admit it, you fell for it. I am 6’2, as much as people try to convince me and others I’m not. I’m blessed with some crazy genetics and I love embracing that (most of the time I’m just complaining but you know how it is).
