III. Long March, Short Flight A $440M space failure, zero official explanations, and a flare-up of public sarcasm: when a Long March rocket disintegrated 85 seconds after launch, state media was busy touting centuries of Chinese space supremacy. Chinese netizens quickly turned the propaganda machine into a dark joke...

A Chinese Long March 7A rocket exploded less than 90 seconds after liftoff from the Wenchang Space Launch Site on Hainan Island. Both the launch vehicle and its satellite payload were lost over the South China Sea. The unmanned rocket, standing 197 feet tall, was carrying the Zhongxing-4B communications satellite toward geostationary orbit when it broke apart in a fireball. Chinese state media confirmed the mission failed due to an "anomaly during flight," though the exact cause has not been disclosed.

Karma happens. Just a few days ago, Chinese was gloating about how the Indian PSLV rocket launch failed on 12th January. As you can see in the comments, the Chinese are mocking the Indians treating the Indians like a joke. Then on 17th January, 2 of Chinese rockets failed one government Long March 3 and the privately owned Ceres rocket. In Chinese news, this issues is claimed by state media as “Basically Successful” (基本成功）. So the next time if you screwed up, just tell your boss you are “Basically successful” Will you pick up this new term ?

China continues to strengthen its space-based command and communication infrastructure. On July 29, the Tianlian-3-01 relay satellite was launched from the Wenchang Space Launch Center aboard a Long March-7A carrier rocket. The satellite will provide critical support for: 🔹 Data relay for China's crewed spacecraft 🔹 Communication and control of the Chinese space station 🔹 Support for space laboratories and other manned missions 🔹 Telemetry, tracking, and command services 🔹 Data transmission for Earth observation satellites operating in medium and low Earth orbits This launch marked the 659th mission of the Long March rocket family, highlighting China's rapidly expanding presence in space.

NEW: Chinese rocket which was developed to rival Musk’s Space X, crashes into a mountain side. The Tianlong-3 rocket accidentally lifted off during a static fire test according to The Telegraph. After launching into the air, the rocket was seen falling back to Earth, exploding into the mountainside near the city of Gongyi in Henan Province. The rocket was owned by private Chinese business Space Pioneer. Space Pioneer claims a “structural failure” of the launch moorings which were supposed to hold the rocket in place resulted in the accidental launch. Reports say there are no casualties at this moment.

While the West keeps talking about the future, China is launching it. China has successfully placed 24 internet satellites into low Earth orbit aboard a Long March-12 rocket — marking the 663rd flight of the Long March family. No hype. No empty promises. Just launch after launch, mission after mission.

With Long March 10B, how has🇨🇳China became the world's second country, after🇺🇸US, to recover orbital booster? Unlike methods pioneered by Elon Musk's SpaceX, the Chinese mission used a first-of-its-kind, sea-based net-and-cable system to allow for a more adaptable recovery. It's a world first for net-based rocket recovery – and a giant leap for reusable space tech.
