Anyone arriving in the UK from a country considered safe, particularly if the individual travelled through a safe country to reach the UK, should be automatically considered an illegal immigrant unless they have a valid excuse as to why they couldn't apply for asylum in the safe country. No excuse equals automatic deportation. Applications for asylum in the UK should be made to the British Embassy in the safe country.
