At my second rally today, I moved from Nansana to Kawempe with Maama and the NRM leadership. I explained clearly where wealth and jobs come from: commercial agriculture, factories, artisans and services. I cautioned the youth against chasing illusions abroad. Real wealth is built where there is production. Even maize when grown on a large scale, creates jobs in growing, processing and trading. That is why, since 1997, we have focused on affordable capital to help Ugandans participate. This is the correct path to jobs and prosperity. I therefore urge our people in Kawempe to come out on the 15th January and vote for the NRM.

Washington’s political class: • traded American workers for foreign profits, • traded American strength for global approval, • traded American independence for transnational rule, • and traded American families for corporate interests. And the people paying the price were you - the citizen, the laborer, the parent, the forgotten middle class, the taxpayer, the soldier, the believer in America’s promise. III. What the Trump Doctrine Really Says (In Plain English) Despite media hysteria, the doctrine is actually built on five simple, moral, biblical, constitutional truths: 1 America’s Government Must Serve the American People First Not foreign governments. Not corporations. Not international bodies. This is not “isolationism.” It is God’s law of stewardship: “A shepherd tends the flock entrusted to him.” - 1 Peter 5:2 A government that ignores its own people is in rebellion against its God-given assignment. 2 American Workers Are Sacred Trust Bearers of National Prosperity The doctrine rejects economic systems designed to enrich the few at the expense of the many. Prosperity must be broad-based, real, and earned, not manipulated through: • financial engineering • global outsourcing • monopolistic platforms • or debt slavery This honors the biblical ethic: “The laborer is worthy of his wages.” - 1 Timothy 5:18 3 A Strong, United, Moral America Keeps the World Safe Real peace comes not from weakness or apology tours but from strength anchored in virtue. “When a strong man fully armed guards his own house, his possessions are safe.” - Luke 11:21 The Trump Doctrine is not war-seeking - it is war-preventing. Its purpose is deterrence through national coherence, economic renewal, and moral clarity. 4 Families, Faith, and National Identity Are Not Negotiable A nation that forgets who it is cannot lead anyone.
