The problem with why RC's are so vile and hateful is that they are taught that no matter what they do in life or how they treat others, all they have to do is say a couple hail Mary's and a few our fathers and they are good to to. And when they die in sin, they can hang around in this mythical place called purgatory while friends and family toss a couple extra bucks in the tip jar to buy some indulgences, then pray through supererogation that merit accumulated through Mary and saints can be added to their account. It is pure paganism.
