We need leaders who are competent and skilled, people who can see a problem, understand it clearly and fix it in the right way. Those who keep choosing unqualified people for us are also part of the problem. They block good leaders from having the chance to speak about the people’s problems and find real solutions. Just imagine if we had only ten people like Hon. Bello Hon. Mohammed Bello El-Rufai. Things would be much better. It is time for us to wake up. We must understand our real problems and choose the right people to lead us. There is no reason to select someone to speak for us when that person is not even prepared or capable.
