Where to draw the line based on the specific genotype or sport is a bit arbitrary but this situation is going to come up again and is worthy of discussion. Going through puberty as a male confers an advantage that should exclude one from competing in high level events as a female, even after reassignment therapy.

Small correction - I do not believe she ever took hormones. She has DSD (difference of sexual developmental) so she has male hormone levels but physically she was born with and has a vagina. The rest of your points all hold.

Disingenuous take. Khelif was banned by the IBA. Khelif has XY chromosomes, high levels of testosterone, and I presume was born with internal testicles although I don't know that. This creates an unfair competitive advantage against the spirit of age/sex/weight classes.
