That sounds like me. Older l get the less l want to eat. I hate over eating and feeling all bloated and feeling like shit with no energy. Lotta small meals all day.

I'm definitely not. I think it's costing me muscle when I fast for too long. Sometimes 16 to 18 hours between dinner and breakfast.
