Seriously want you to thank you for T3 Code. Sure the app itself is far from being a finished product, but it's been really fun to build upon it. I've added many cool things to my version now and it has completely replaced the Codex app and Cursor now in my workflow.

Right instinct. The model layer commoditizes, the workflow layer compounds. We see this across enterprise deployments. Teams building opinionated tooling on top pull further ahead every month. Anthropic improving the base just widens the gap.

yeah but the future only counts once it survives the boring stuff: auth, retries, evals, and not needing a human to babysit every weird edge case. otherwise it's just a nicer demo.
