I'm not sure Mareca is going to deploy him regularly as a holding midfielder going forward (though he's done fairly well in an unfamiliar role and bossed it, I still would've preferred someone natural like Nico G. We could've killed the game early). That said, Guehi has a brilliant... footballing brain in possession. He knows his passing options well, scans effectively both before and after receiving the ball, and associates seamlessly with players around him in any zone you place him (whether at the back or in midfield, as Maresca opted to do today). He could've bagged a couple more than the one goal he scored, (as a CB too cause he’s got a knack for them). I'm still unsure whether he'll be utilised there going forward, or if this was a one-time experiment, especially with Bouaddi also arriving. But overall, a good performance from Guehi.show more

The confusion about whether former Eagles OC, Kevin Patullo, was fired or not isn't that confusing. They never used the word fired. In short, they care about him, value what he has done for the organization, and are allowing him to weigh his options and decide if he wants to come back in a different role. Philadelphia, & their entire front office, are a class org. They value people, respect them, and treat them right. They also know what he has meant to their 2 Super Bowls runs, despite not working out at OC. The players who praised him all season and after the wild-card loss do so with sincerity. It is not lip service or professionalism. They genuinely respect him. Almost every player was asked about him after their loss, nobody wavered in their praise for him. Nick has explained what they are doing, and the players have expressed their role in the season's struggles. Below is from right after the game.

NEW: Recently released January 6 footage shows one of the J6 protesters flashing something as he appears to be leaving the Capitol building. Unfortunately he won't take the room for 5 days because as he puts it, it's not permanent and he believes he will be back on the streets afterwards as it's happened to him previously he tells me. I've tried my hardest to reassure him that I won't let that happen but he says he's been let down so many times before that he just doesn't believe it and is happy where he is until I can find him a permanent room in a shared house I've spoken with him long and hard over the last week and I've come to the conclusion based on everything he's told me and my research that he's not a British army veteran with a service number he talks of being a mercenary part of the 13 commandos part of the French foreign legion and has the cap badge on his hat. What I do know is he's a 59 year old man with health problems but no drug or alcohol problems that is living in a tent in wasteland. My level of support hasn't changed he shouldn't be in wasteland in a tent rotting away with no family no support in 2025 I'm going to try my hardest this week to secure a room in a shared house the 5 night stay at the guest house is non refundable but it is what it is I just wanted to make sure he woke up on his 60th birthday in a better place. We tried our hardest but it doesn't always work out how you planned it in your head. Thank you all for sharing and raising awareness and thank you to Robert a long time supporter who has purchased a birthday cake for me to give him tomorrow 💙

🐰: performer, as our center KAI…to be in charge of EXO's performance, really (it’s not easy) jongin has always carried and helped the group with his talent and kindness since he was a teenager. not only his fans look up to him, but also his members recognize his hard work. i just wish he knows how many people see him as a role model, and how deep he is in our hearts. it’s impressive how good of an example he is. as an artist and as a person. he was born to be special 🥹

UPDATE The man in the video has now come forward and provided the following video to explain what he brought into Mitch Sylvester's store. Information that I have received includes - He avoided calls from the RCMP for several weeks - He left the store with the item - He is claiming it was just a misunderstanding - The RCMP still has an open investigation - Charges could still be filed - There was one item, not two as previously reported If this was infact the item he brought into the store along with his "This is for Mitch" message, this is hands down the dumbest thing anyone can do to the employees of the store, and to Mitch directly. There still is an active investigation as showing staff a bullet, or a pen that looks like a bullet, uttering a threat, and not responding to the RCMP for weeks, is still grounds for criminal charges. Thank you to the dozens of people who did recognize the man, and provided tips.

This is Jack Grealish coming out of a pub, extremely drunk while having a bad run of form, you hardly heard anything about it, but hell breaks loose the moment Rashford goes to a club, or the moment Pogba changes hairstyle, that’s a problem. We don’t even hear stories of Jude going to the club but he still gets hate. Look at how well Rashford is doing in Barcelona with no noise around him, you and I know it won’t be this peaceful for him if he stayed in England. Sancho went to Germany twice and did well both times, but was crucified every time he played in England. This is why Jude Bellingham chose to play outside England as well. And, the way you always keep the most important person for last, the fact that the apogee of his acceptance speech was about Connor.. he had me sobbing, cause of how completely unguarded and raw Hudson is here. The way the emotion is slowly building up, as he is going down that list, his voice cracking a bit, his hands shaking. And he can feel it slowly, tears forming in his eyes, tears he is holding in the best he can. As he is holding that award, so firmly, that last name on his list, the one that felt like an awakening. He is the one he'd want to hold right there (or rather be held 🥺). The one who is more than a scene partner, more than a best friend, his "emotional support person in life", his "soulmate", his anchor even. #MHA I'm pretty sure y'all can guess who's in the quotes making excuses for his bullying and abusive behavior not getting addressed by adults. Notice how the majority of my criticism in that post isn't towards Bakugo's arc but instead the teachers. There's no reason his "fans" should be getting offended for Bakugo like I'm undermining his amazing character development or something. Infact him getting a sit down talk back in S2 would've made his progression even more natural and cohesive. Instead it had to happen after a huge fight and only then did All Might finally talk with them...in late S3 At least he acknowledged his own failure as a teacher in that moment for neglecting Bakugo, better than Aizawa who's actually been a teacher for a while lol. There’s an interview Pep gave during the Club World Cup where he spoke about Pep Lijnders. He said Lijnders “opened his eyes” in a short period of time and that he’s been “drinking knowledge” from him, just as he has with his other brilliant assistants. A lot of people take that at face value or underrate the impact Lijnders has clearly had on Pep. Some around the club didn’t even want him in the building at first. But that impact doesn't hide. You see it in how they interact. It's there in every little shared celebration after a big goal, like they're dialled into the same wavelength. It’s a proper football connection. We should be more grateful to have him.

But at the same time, like going and putting my best foot forward to these MLB teams and showing them like I have what it takes for you to draft me.” Ponatoski on where he is at in the decision-making. “It’s one A and one B,” Ponatoski said. “I’m going to go have a great career at Kentucky, or I’m going to go be a professional baseball player. This one hurts me deeply 🥺💔 I'm not sure where to start but Rachaad White 1️⃣ has been my main favorite player over the years ever since he got drafted by the Bucs. If you didn't know, I'm the biggest Rachaad White fan in the world. One day back in 2023, I was at Bucs Training Camp and I took a vid of Rachaad practicing and tagged him on X. He then commented and said if I needed anything, just reach out to him. So a month later I did and he reached back out to me and I met him at pregame before the Bucs preseason game against the Ravens, it was truly one of the best days of my life. Then a year later, I reached out back to him to see if he could sign my Rachaad jersey and he did, another one of the best days of my life. He's truly a man of his word, a down to earth guy, a great guy on & off the field, and like I always say how can you not love him. Every single home game since before when the players come out the tunnel, you can only hear me in my section screaming, “RACHAAD WHITEEEE, LETS GOOOOOOO WOOOOO" and now I'm going to miss that 😞💔 Rachaad's also the reason why I started listening to Rod Wave 😂😂 I know players come and go but this one truly means a lot to me. 🙏🙏 I never saw the day you would be in a different uniform man 😢 I'll miss all the good memories, touchdowns you had in front of me live or on tv and I'll miss seeing him in a Bucs jersey running on that field at RayJay. 😭💔 Thank you for everything you have done for me and for the Bucs, Rachaad, good luck on your next journey 🙏🙏 I love you my guy and much love, UNO 🤞🏻🙏❤️1️⃣ #WeAreTheKrewe (my photo and videos)

He’s calm on the ball, technically excellent, can dictate the tempo and adds real quality in midfield. That said, I don’t see him playing alongside Kobbie Mainoo as a midfield two over a full season. I think United still need someone with real physicality and athleticism in there, someone who can dominate duels, cover ground and protect the back four. (Carlos Baleba Manu Koné ) I don’t know if Andrey Santos can be that physical player, or if he can play directly alongside Tielemans in a midfield two. He’s talented, there’s no doubt about that, but that’s still a question for me. With Champions League football coming back, United are going to need depth, energy and different profiles in midfield.
