When women’s teams start generating the revenue the men’s teams do - sure - pay them the same amount. Until then - no. It’s not sexist. It’s just a numbers game.

What women don’t realise is, salaries aren’t paid by the CEOs, Boards, management. It’s paid by fans. Bums in seats and advertisements. That’s all! The fact that most women who talk about this can’t name players, teams, don’t watch.. highlights the disconnect.

I think male models should get paid just as much as women supermodels and get the Sports Illustrated cover, even though women models bring in a hundred times more revenue and sell a thousand times more magazines.
