I'm not too proud to admit I didn't know this either.

I’ve never encountered an Allen screw with enough space for more than a quarter turn.

Nahh, dont gaslight me. We all know that you start unscrewing with the short part in your hand, and if its too tight, the long part is a handle... Right...?

I never knew. Doesn't work if you hex key set looks like this though.

It’s a hex ball head L-key, hence the wabble and ability to turn it while keeping contact within the screw head. There is no proper way to use an Allen wrench..🙄

I'm not gonna shame anyone but how were y'all using this 🧐

I've got almost every size of those in metric and imperial but I'm really struggling to find the Japanese specification ones. Does anyone know where I can buy some Arren keys?

Placement can rule this out as your hand won't fit into the tight confines often encountered in the real world.

That really only works well with a balldriver, like the one demonstrated. Flat hex keys aren't as accommodating.

Most of the screws I have to use an Allen wrench for are too tight, and that doesn't work.

I honestly dont see any other reason for those videos than bragging about being stupid to be competetive sport in america

how…. how else were you guys using it? lol

Mind blown.... Big thanks for posting this!

Amazing isn’t it, how that works. 🤔🤷🏻♂️😂

Ancient technology. Now we use Allen socket bits on power drivers so they can be stripped out properly.

Wait till you find out about T handles

Still buffering the data

what kind of wizardry is this

You didn't know that? That's very... THUMB of you!

My life is now complete. 🤣

The internet is undefeated.

@traderque_ and here i am using my full two hands lol

Okay thats a handy tip. I am an old lady so general repairs are a struggle at times... this I can use!!!

Wait until he hears about these. 😏

Son of a bitch....

I disn't see that in the instruction manual.

🤯

How else would you turn it? This cracker is fucking dumb

👍

I need to relax because this just pissed me off. If you learned something from this you’ve never worked with tools before.

Well they're designed for multiple situations. Personally I almost always put the short part in the fitting and draw circles with my index.

You are telling me for 40 years whaaat.....????

90% of the Allen screws offer enough resistance that you just can't do that, sadly.

I fucking hate you retards

@V_Lady2024 You can make your girl really happy by learning this trick too.😉
