This man who is a landscaper said you should never build a tree coffin around a tree. He said it ends up making the tree die by restricting the roots and having too much mulch. I never knew they were called "tree coffins". I looked it up and it does say they can be very detrimental to your tree if not done correctly. The pavers can restrict root growth and the mulch shouldn't be too thick or torching the base of the tree. I have seen some pretty nice "tree coffins". I never knew they were bad for your trees. Do you have these around your trees? Did you build one a certain way that allows your tree to flourish? What about the people who cemented their pavers together and in the ground?

People immigrate here for the American Dream. Not to live in the Communist countries they fled from. The American Dream is for people who get off their ass, get a job, start a buisness, fail, build it back, never allow anyone to tell you "you cant". The youth in this country have been given everything since the day they were born. They got participation medals for coming in last. They were taught everything needs to be handed to them. They don't understand that everything is not free. Your freedom comes from being allowed to build yourself up and make however much money you want. The American Dream was never and will never be based off a goverment telling you what to do.

🌹: Not everything can go the way I want it to. So instead of holding onto grand expectations, I only carry small hopes. When it feels like everything is about to fall apart, pull yourself together and focus on the present moment. It can't be helped. There were times when memories made me lose my direction, and there were also times when I stepped on those memories to climb even higher. They say there are people who miss the person I used to be. Have I changed?

I’m so excited to share that I just crossed 10 years in remission! After nearly dying five times in three years and being told there were no more treatments for my disease, I never could have imagined ten years ago that I would be alive today. HODGES: Trump administration has failed miserably on Ukraine. They have so clearly been on Kremlin's side. All the pressure has been on Ukraine to make concessions. Fortunately, Ukraine no longer even pays much attention to that. Biden administration missed an opportunity because they never said, "We want Ukraine to win." They had this nonsense, "We're with you for as long as it takes," which means exactly zero. But at least they were providing support. Trump administration is worse and It does feel like they now realize that their approach was doomed from the beginning, because they didn't understand why the war started or how it started. They didn't understand why Ukrainians were fighting the way they were and why the Russians were failing the way they were. So despite Trump administration, I think Ukraine has changed the trajectory of the war. The last thing I'd say is that most European countries realize that the best way to prevent Russia from ever attacking a NATO country is to make sure that Ukraine defeats Russia. I think most people realize that Russia has to be defeated. That Russia will never change until they are actually crushed.

I want to be the next Bond villain. I’m starting my campaign right now, because we need someone truly evil, and I’m the guy. After filming Marty Supreme, I’ve got the bug. I’ve never acted before, never memorized a script, never stepped into that world, and that’s exactly why I did it. I tell every CEO and every student the same thing, you have to step outside your comfort zone once in a while. The brain is the most important muscle you have, and most people never train it. I was fortunate to work alongside Timothée Chalamet and Gwyneth Paltrow, with Josh Safdie directing and Ronnie Bronstein writing, so I wasn’t exactly starting at the bottom. Great experience, great people, but I’m not done yet!

Intelligence agents showed up at my door late last year. I told them to leave. They proceeded to call me from anonymous numbers repeatedly. Contacted my gym. Told me they wouldn’t go away unless I “built a relationship with them” as an asset. “Your audience will never know” Returned to speak with me multiple times claiming they were giving me “last chances” before they threw me to the wolves. They told me that the courts wouldn’t care if I was actually guilty or not. That essentially someone had to take the fall and I could ensure it wasn’t me. It was repeatedly implied to me that: “You’re smart you know it’s not what’s true that matters it’s the perception” I was made to believe there was a potential arrest coming. Made to believe I could never travel to the US again without being arrested by the FBI. Made to believe I might not be around to see my child grow up. None of these things were true. I can enter the US without issue. I was never arrested. I did nothing wrong. I was psychologically manipulated for months in an attempt to turn me into a government asset. We have one party consent in Canada, and I believe it is in the public interest for people to understand how this works, as I know I’m not the only one. I have nothing against the agent. He was just given instructions and a job. But I have no doubt if his job were to destroy my life and try to jail me based on “perception” not “truth” he would do it. What’s the best way to load into your back leg. When I threw 95, I tried to get as deep as possible and load into my back leg as much as I could. The way I got to 98 was by speeding up the drop and getting into my back leg as quickly as possible. As I’m training to throw a hundred miles an hour, I’m starting to think about it differently. Instead of dropping into my back leg and getting as deep as possible, I like to feel more of an impulse. I’m putting force into the ground and the ground pushes back and gives me a burst of energy toward the plate. Studies have shown that the guys with the best impulse from their back leg throw the hardest. That means putting the most force into the ground for the longest amount of time. When you see this, you get guys like Shane McLanahan, Misiorowski, and Strider who look like they’re almost jumping down the mound. They’re really just putting so much force into the ground that it propels them forward. The key for me is I don’t want to put force into the ground by tensing up. I don’t want it to feel like a single leg squat. It should feel more like a max effort jump. The quicker I go down, the higher I’m able to jump. That lets me take better advantage of the stretch shortening cycle and improve my impulse.
