it has layers but you can't save it as a file while keeping layers separated 😢 So can't keep a file to work on it later 😕 That aside, impressive mastery of MS Paint ! ✨💖

Microsoft has blocked start ms-cxh:localonly or start ms-cxh://setaddlocalonly oobe/bypassnro was already patched. Windows 11 will reboot in a loop when you try to bypass the MSA requirement. The setup does not proceed when you try to bypass again and again. In the case of Windows 11 Pro, you can still use Domain Join and create a local account. Windows 10 Home does not support Domain Join. These changes are only live in Windows 11 preview builds. Stable builds of 25H2/24H2 still allow you to bypass MSA.
