Earlier I was in favour of "One nation One poll". Now rethinking. Maybe staggered elections give more opportunities to the beleaguered 'majority' to push reluctant powers that be 😎

ha ha, default setting showing some illogical benefits, which should not be there if governance was reasonably good.

ONOP need not be 1 election in 5 years. Most probably elections every 2.5 years. Like how it works in US.

Finally Amit Shah woke up....ONOP is a bad idea. May be merging all polls in a single year is the path to move ahead.

Why? Right now many have multiple ids, one for up and 1 for delhi. So they vote at both the places.
