What a misuse, If this tech is possible it could be used for things like education and training. Imagine getting a 5-year degree in ten minutes. That would generate way more money in almost every other application other than using it to make sure a criminal doesn't lose years in prison.

Imagine being innocent and actually spending 25 years of your life in prison for a crime you didn't commit...bc that happened to this guy. Its an unfortunate reality that innocent people sometimes get punished for crimes they didn't commit. No matter what form of punishment they might receive, I wish I knew a good way to prevent this. 😣
