It’s truly a psychological enslavement, the older generation really missed with our lives because of foreign influences.

Honestly, it’s tiring! I hated having to cut my hair as a child while the mixed-race kid was allowed to keep theirs. Black people will do this and make every excuse to justify white validation.

2 or 3 weeks ago, I had to defend one of my siblings because he braided his hair. I was called names because I'm the last person my guardian expected to defend him. I stood my ground, told them they should show me where it was written in the bible that men shouldn't braid—

She should start by NOT using the extension on her hair. Keep it Afro!! Keep it natural!!! Be proud of your natural endowment!!!!!

This is how 90% of blacks think. They believe white people created everything to keep them backwards. I lived in Asia and have been to many Asian countries. They have short-hair uniforms until after secondary school, but somehow these mentally enslaved victims see everything as a hindrance to their progress.

Even till now lecturers deny us from entering classes because of the way we choose to keep our own hair, for that I’m planning to make a cornrow for next semester and let the worst happen.

Imagine. I like that as a self-aware man I met and married a self-aware woman. We can't do too much, but our children will have a completely different ideology and approach to life

Peak family. Premium couple. Relationship jackpot. Family goal. Imagine how lucky you'll have to be to find such partner in this upsidedown society.

Wrong narrative! Both boys and girls had to have low cuts in boarding schools because of head lice that can spread from head to head if one student is dirty and has it. It’s more about cleanliness and hygiene is boarding schools.

The first thing I noticed is that the black girl at the English school hasn't had to shave her head.

Africa we need to decolonize some decolonizable things and stop blaming things that happened long time ago, we cant do anything to change the past but we have the present, how we still have such policies questions wherether we really understand what was done to us by colonialist

It's a lie, particularly in Ghana during Kwame Nkrumah times and days school girls had hair on,while the white were here, even after they left. It was GES and Christian board that made that law, it had nothing to do with colonialism at least in Ghana @grok am I wrong?

No one forcing anyone to cut hair, so why do 99% of black woman wear wigs that are straight or lose curls like mixed race kids? Don't be blaming white people when yous cover your own natural hair? Loads of black people bleach their skin as well.

Let's put aside whatever the colonisers intended; kids should focus only on their education till after secondary school. Making hair is not easy and will be too much of a distraction and will lead to unhealthy competition. They should cut their hair until they are adults.
