Imitating translucent shadows using dithering is quite a neat technique! I decided to use Bayer dithering instead of Temporal, and video compression is helping a lot here :D #vfx #UnrealEngine

How large is the water volume? How is it simulated?

The simulation domain area covers 100x100m and is blended with the ocean that is not simulated.

This plugin is wild. The previous demo I played blew my mind and this is a whole new level! Excited for when the new demo is out to get lost in these tubes. 110% wanna get this for a game project!

😊 Any chance of distorting those shadows by the water surface's topography, after a low-LOD sampling?
