Steph Curry Drill: 5-10 shots, none of them the same. Don't worry about re-gripping it. Move your body, close your stance, open it. Get too far away from it, get too close to it. Stand on one leg. Move around and just let your body create the shot. If you ever watch Steph Curry warm up, this is what he does in basketball. This gets you out of internal swing thoughts and into the shot. I hit every one of these right on the sweet spot. Your subconscious when allowed to operate is powerful and using drills like this to develop. hand eye coordination will help you to just be an athlete on the course.

Clips from my latest YouTube video “4 infield drills you can do alone with a glove, a bucket + balls.” When I was younger, I was always throwing a ball off a wall or hitting rocks with sticks. Now that I’m older, I still find ways to get in some reps with minimal equipment/help. No, it’s not perfect but it gets the job done and allows me to work on transfers and arm slots. To be honest, I love the random unpredictable bounces from this because that happens in games and can help work hand eye coordination. I am using my Valle Sporting Goods K47 7in trainer. On the whole, I think the culture around it has kind of shifted in the wrong direction. I played multiple sports until I was 13 and then figured out what I wanted to do and what I loved. I remember when this man came for a program in my city, he preach on revival fire While he was still preaching, (there was this cloud that filled the house, I don't know if anyone else saw it but it was heavy) As he began to minister, I was at one corner where the ministers sat and I began to pray calmly, this man moved from the stage to where I was and placed his hand on me, oh, what an experience it was😭😭😭 There are some encounters that words can't explain. Do you know why God put Adam to sleep before creating Eve? This wasn’t an insignificant detail. It’s one of the most overlooked and yet most crucial moments in the Bible. Genesis makes it clear. She was not created to stand above him and not meant to be placed beneath him, but to stand beside him, to walk with him as an equal. Laid to rest on his birthday. #AlexCoughlan was living in Roderic O Gorman's small housing estate. He took a Sunday afternoon stroll on a sunny beautiful day. He didn't know it would be his last. He walked by O Gorman house that day. About a one minute walk away he was brutally attacked. Filmed. It was posted online. Alex probably knew he would die. The accused are Syrian. One hurt his hand during the attack. He was given permission to have his hand tended to at hospital. The judge said they have a right to the presumption of innocence and a right to privacy. Despite that they took pride in their "work". Took pride in the suffering they caused. Didn't have an issue exposing what they did, all by themselves. For clicks. For likes.

It just made my life so much more complicated” He says he reached back out for help with this and was not given help, he was just told “you chose this” and hung up on That’s because it’s all about the money, the medical industry is making a fortune from this transgender brainwashing This is a sad story because so many young people are being convinced into becoming transgender and it doesn’t solve their problems, it doesn’t make anything easier. He initially struggled with his throwing accuracy, but through hard, daily work, he improved. 4️⃣ Work Ethic He didn’t “try” to play shortstop. He was “all in” on the change. He attacked it from the moment they made the decision. He worked tirelessly on his footwork, angles, and throws. He made daily refinements that compounded over time.

🏃 Movement + Animation Update: Following feedback on the Official Trailer from December, we've been further tuning and polishing Stuffy's movement to make it more responsive and fluid. We hope this video is a promising glimpse of our much-requested progress in this area! What's New? - Stuffy is now ~10% smaller, granting more playable space and control (to accurately fit inside of a 'layered' segment, land tight jumps, etc.) - Stuffy's run speed was increased, and with better acceleration. - Stuffy now reacts to 'extreme' rising and falling velocities, so they'll flail around dramatically when popping out of a Blink Bubble, bouncing on a Trampoline, or falling from big jumps. - We've updated and added all-new animations and the method of blending them. This includes animations for idle jump and land, running jump and land, quick turn while running, and more. - We've increased Stuffy's max jump height, strength, and overall weight. - We've also increased the global gravity for less floaty physics. - A more visible drop shadow was added to help judge landing. Why these changes? From our own testing and public feedback, we realized the physics were not properly tuned after a big refactoring made in 2023... resulting in a floaty look. Sadly, the fixes weren't investigated in time for the trailer! Our goal was always to improve the animation blending and movement style. Thanks to your feedback, we were able to pinpoint the biggest problems and begin fixing them. 💖 Our work isn't done! You'll notice some bugs in the video. 🐞 We plan to continue polishing the movement with time, including new animations that help Stuffy react to the environment even better. However, this is a step in the right direction and it feels much nicer to use (and look at)! You'll also spot some of the Wardrobe in action!
