If you even fly a foreign flag in Mexico, you go to jail. It would be unheard of in Mexico to March down the street flying a foreign flag. It’s unlawful and they consider it highly disrespectful.

I worked with an Italian guy for a while then his work visa expired and he went back to Italy. He didn’t complain or try and stay illegally. He followed the rules.
