impact frame thing

it's just extruded meshes, but I'm using some goo engine stuff to be able to sample shadows at an offset from the extruded geo so it can be shaded properly:

oopsie I made a node-typo when rearranging them for screenshots, the "Less Than" for the streak texture should be flipped so silly :3
