🚨Important note: This only works if you’re using real, authentic extra virgin olive oil. Most “olive oils” on the shelf are cut with seed oils, which actually cause inflammation and can make you feel worse. It makes me want to throw up thinking about people doing these shots with...

Thanks for the update. That's important for people to know, that one olive oil, is not like another. I remember you visiting this company, during your's and Evan's trip to Spain. I will have to give it a try 🫒🍋 Maybe I too can be Immortal 😊

I’m not kidding when I say I drink and bathe in the stuff. Well, @immortalprovisions to be exact. Here are the benefits of using olive oil on your skin (body & face!): 🧴Deep Moisturization: Rich in fatty acids like oleic acid, olive oil penetrates deeply and hydrates dry or flaky skin. Helps restore the skin barrier. ✨Antioxidant Protection: Contains polyphenols and vitamin E that combat free radicals. Helps protect against premature aging and environmental damage. 👹Anti-Inflammatory Effects: Reduces redness, swelling, and irritation (great for sensitive skin). Helpful in conditions like eczema and psoriasis when used gently. 👶🏻Anti-Aging Support: Helps reduce fine lines and improve skin elasticity. Promotes collagen production through antioxidants and squalene. 🩹Wound Healing & Repair: Promotes tissue regeneration and soothes minor cuts or burns. Can be used to calm post-sun exposure or after shaving. 🤡Natural Makeup Remover: Breaks down stubborn makeup while hydrating skin. Non-toxic and safe around the eyes. 🧂Gentle Exfoliation When Combined with Sugar or Salt: Makes a natural scrub to remove dead skin cells and reveal smoother skin. 🦠Supports Skin Microbiome: Helps maintain microbial balance due to its anti-microbial and nourishing qualities. 🤩Improves Skin Glow: Gives the skin a healthy, dewy appearance when used in moderation. 💪🏻Soothes Cracked Heels and Rough Elbows: Excellent for tough skin areas when used as an overnight treatment. ⚠️ Most “olive oils” on the shelf are cut with seed oils, which actually cause inflammation and can make you feel & look worse worse which is why it's incredibly important to know the source. @immortalprovisions is 100% pure, single-varietal Picual olives from 2,000-year-old trees in Spain. The Immortal is my company so I could say all the amazing reasons why it's the best extra virgin olive oil out there and why you should consume it on a daily basis, but the MOST important thing is that you find a high-quality source you trust! #beautyindustry #evoo #extravirginoliveoil #oliveoil

Americans need to realize how much of their food is being replaced with artificial ingredients “I don't think people realize the food you eat every day is fake” - “Real maple syrup is literally tree sap boiled down into liquid, but most maple syrup in stores is corn syrup with flavoring. Why? Because the process is time-consuming. Real maple syrup takes 44 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup. - Next is crab meat. You're looking at imitation crab made of a fish paste that's flavored, shaped, and dyed to look like crab. It was invented as a cheap substitute, and now it's so common that most people don't even realize they've never tasted real crabs. - Next is Parmesan cheese. Real Parmigiano-Reggiano can only come from a specific region in Italy. A lot of cheap Parmesan in the US is mixed with cellulose, literally wood pulp, to bulk it up. It's legal as long as they label it on the packaging - Now we're at vanilla. Vanilla beans are one of the most expensive crops on Earth, so most vanilla flavoring doesn't come from vanilla at all. It comes from vanillin, a compound made from wood pulp or petroleum byproducts. - Finally, olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil is one of the most commonly fake foods in the world. Why? Because real olive oil is expensive to produce. Some suppliers cut it with cheap seed oils. Sometimes the bottle doesn't contain any real olive oil at all” Every single claim is true Our food is a science experiment. We have allowed this to be normalized and we have to stop it

Naval Ravikant’s checklist for starting a company “The most important thing is there are no formulas. At the end of the day, you have to do what you love, and you have to do it even though people tell you it’ll never work. But that being said, if there was a formula [for starting a company], I would put it something like this.” Naval started seven companies before AngelList and this is the checklist he recommends running through before starting a startup: 1. Pick a great cofounder. This is most important: “You can do a company on your own, but it’s like you can raise a child on your own, but you probably shouldn’t. You need someone who’s going to be there with you.” This has it’s own checklist. Your cofounder should be: a. Very high intelligence (”hopefully they make you feel dumb, or they’re not smart enough”) b. Very high energy (”They should be extremely hardworking. A founder is someone who never has to be motivated. You should not have to be telling them to do their job.”) c. Very high integrity. (”a smart, hardworking crook who’s going to cheat you is the worst kind of person to be paired up with.”) 2. Pick a very large market. “Notice I don’t talk about the idea. I think ideas are almost irrelevant… The more important thing is that you pick a large space that you’re knowledgeable and passionate about. And then you will figure out what the right thing to do within that space is.” You want to be able to say to investors: “This is a space where there’s a huge market. I’m really knowledgeable and passionate about it. Here’s the great person that I have doing it with me. And here’s the minimum viable product that we have built. That will show that we can test in the marketplace… You iterate until you get to product/market fit… And then you go and you raise money from people you trust. And you use that money to scale.”
