You cannot have Tesla tell us how safe it is. You need independent testers and regulators. 500 miles between errors is way too low. It needs to be at least 100x better

Zero unsupervised Robotaxis in North Austin since yesterday • It “did not” come from highway I-35 • This one had a monitor in the driver seat • Didn’t even have Robotaxi decal • There’s no change in long wait times in fact the walking distance to pick up spot has increased; no more picking up from my doorstep like it used to • Adjusting pin doesn’t work as it has predefined pick up and drop off spots • Same one vehicle shows up over and over all day, yesterday it was 5431 Ashok Elluswamy Tesla Tesla_AI Tesla Robotaxi Ethan McKanna Robotaxi Tracker

Safety is the #1 priority in every Tesla design. Even when I take off my seatbelt during the Robotaxi ride, the car alarms me that it’s off and needs to be on AND Tesla support immediately calls in to let me know it needs to be on during the ride.

Tesla Robotaxi stops for a man who veered off the sidewalk and onto the road as Joe Tegtmeyer 🚀 🤠🛸😎 and I were approaching Zilker Park earlier today. The stop was smooth and our Tesla Robotaxi allowed him to get back on the sidewalk and continue with our journey. This man is likely oblivious to what the team at Tesla AI did for him today.
