@NATO In 1994 Ukraine signed to be almost totally disarmed. Without this Pact and Budapest Memorandum Putin would have never invaded Ukraine. Lesson learnt?

Security guarantees for Ukraine can only be integrated into a final peace agreement. But Europe pushes for one in a Ceasefire which is impossible. Also they want NATO forces in Ukraine as part of the security guarantee, which is also non negotiable…1/2
