Sir, ARCCA never tested the CW theory when they were commissioned by the U.S. Attorney's office. They tested whether a human head could break the taillight and built a potato cannon, neither of which had anything to do with the prosecution's theory of the case. You literally make very stupid people dumber every time you literally open your mouth.
