Now, in my opinion, this part is where the whistleblower is either inspired or gives a perfect explanation of why extraterrestrials would crash their technology on Earth to indirectly spark technological innovation. Luis Elizondo recommends the book Chains of the Sea, in which extraterrestrials communicate with human-made artificial intelligence, and recently Jacques Vallée said that the Varginha beings could be biological/digital artificial intelligence.
