In a democracy, every policy must be open to debate, including Reservations. It's time we start demanding changes in Reservations. Reservation Hatao Movement is about those reforms!

But BJP minister Athawale is saying – “No one dare touch reservation. It’s their birthright and they will enjoy it till eternity.” And still you guys think BJP will support the Reservation Hatao Andolan?

But minsters are now behaving like hooligans, they dont want reforms, they dont want talks, they dont want hindu unity, all they want to do is carry the same crumbling and stale system as that ensure they max benefits to elites like them.

Poverty has no caste. Reservation should be based only and only on economic status, so that support reaches those who are genuinely economically disadvantaged.

If there is democracy, then the issue of removing the caste system should also be discussed.

Of course we are willing for any debate but only after data. Wait until socioeconomic caste census data then let's hold debate in newsroom and parliament and then reservation in pvt sector and land redistribution will also be on the table.

People from every profession must come up and speak about their situations. Those unable to benefit from reservation even though eligible need to be vocal even more. Only then would studies come out in the open and media is forced to present facts rather than opinions alone.

We should ask for reforms in policy making. In this digital world govt. should seek feedback on every policy from citizens by voting through election card number.

Without caste linked to socio economic, political and education data ( which rahul gandhi calls caste census) you cannot prove changes in reservations. So let's agree that we have this survey or census. With empirical data, please put your arguments.

If every policy is open to debate, then let's debate everything—not just reservation. What is your roadmap to eliminate caste discrimination? Without addressing the root cause, debating reservation alone is incomplete and intellectually dishonest.

You keep pushing this “Reservation Hatao” propaganda while completely ignoring reality. Reservation is not a free pass. It is a constitutional correction for communities that were systematically denied education, land, dignity and opportunity for centuries. It only gives them a chance to enter the system. After that, they face the exact same syllabus, same exams, same marking, and same standards. The only difference? Many of them still face open or subtle discrimination from upper-caste teachers, examiners and interviewers who deliberately fail them or mark them down. That is why the cut-off is slightly lower — to offset the bias that still exists, not because the students are incapable. Demanding the complete removal of this safeguard while caste discrimination is still alive is not “reform.” It is an attempt to shut the door again and protect existing privilege. Stop selling the lie that reservation means “easy papers” or “free degrees.” It never did. The real problem is not reservation — it is the continued refusal of large sections of society to accept equality.

You can formulate a new education policy, replace colonial-era laws with new ones, and make hundreds of amendments to the Constitution. But you cannot review the reservation policy. Who received its benefits? Why did they receive them? How much benefit has it actually delivered? Who has not benefited, and why? What is there to be ashamed of in having this discussion?
