This school in Kanpur organised a debate on "Israel vs Palestine" topic. Now, these muslim students are crying because some students spoke in support of Israel & won the debate. 😂 Somebody should tell them, it was a debate, not a monologue. In debate, people are supposed to oppose you, not agree with you.😭

This guy gave a brilliant speech. He spoke with eloquence, conviction, and genuine passion. This video only shows part of it. As a Muslim student, he argued on the same side as Laurence, Tommy, and Jonathan during the debate and made a powerful contribution. It's a shame his speech was left out of the full version of the debate, because he completely dismantled the opposing side's arguments.

My debate last night at the Oxford Union went ahead despite shabby policing and scummy protestors trying to shut it down. We debated whether or not the West should be suspicious of Islam. I am a great believer in the power of debate and discussion, especially on important topics like this one. I am against violent mobs trying to shut down debate and stop other people from speaking at or attending debates to hear varied opinions and views. This should be a default position for free Westerners.

I just saw that Mr George Galloway quoted my tweet, and it reminds me of when, as a political science undergrad at Nigeria’s premier university, I was researching the brutality of the apartheid regime in South Africa and came across his debate at the Oxford Union for the first time. In the debate, Mr Galloway spoke of a time he joined in the fight against apartheid in South Africa and asserted that he would never debate a supporter of apartheid because it is one of the worst forms of racism and fascism there are. It is a delight to see that he has remained steadfast in speaking out against apartheid, racism, and genocide, and that he has been consistent in upholding democracy, respect for international law, and the sovereignty of nations, especially those vulnerable to the whims of imperial predators. Today I gift another SuperPrompt™️ for ChatGPT from the archives and will be part of future training courses. In the article “The Case For The AI Prompt Engineer” ( we explored the basis of why some well constructed prompts will elicit responses from the AI Hidden Layers. I invented this prompt to help understand the way GPT is weighting some sides to a debate. In this SuperPrompt™️ we use a debate motif. There is a professor and two passionate participants that construct a 30 round debate and at the end the Professor grades the debate. In this powerful prompt we of course will get to see a debate on any subject play out. And this alone is quite valuable. I have found many novel ideas over the years as I used this type of prompt.
