By the mere mention of William Ruto visiting your area code, all businesses shut down and owners scamper for safety. Because he’s moving around with goons and thugs to purposely loot and vandalize businesses in those estates. It is now clear who organized the looting concurrent with the protests of June 2024. While stupid business people in Nairobi blamed Gen Z’s, it was actually William Ruto who sponsored those goons to loot. But the question is, why can’t area residents arm themselves and engage these goons? I mean you can tell outsiders who don’t live in your estates. This guy in the back coming down the ramp into the parking garage honks his horn at the car in front of him. The car in front of him is waiting for two cars in front of himself to get into the parking garage. The guy at the front of the line is having issues with the parking ticket machine. First this guy in the back honks, then he gets out of his car and stares like that is going to change something. Then he walks over and tells the second car to move up and then he starts to walk over to the guy at the ticket machine like he’s going to hurry him along too, like he’s actually doing something to move the line along. What is he achieving? Be patient. Many people said they would take extra time now just to be slow on purpose. What is the hurry? Would you ever pull in and honk right away and then get out of your car to try and move people up a few feet and then try to hurry the line up?

This woman called the police on her neighbors once, three years ago for having a loud party at night. For the next three years, every time the neighbors go by the hour or even their friends go by, they honk their horn in their cars at her house at all hours of the days. She’s grown very irritated at this and feels like this is harassment. The police can’t do anything about people honking their horn at you so she had to suffer in silence until today she finally snapped and laid into them. Its affecting her young children’s sleeping schedules too, is there anything else she can do at this point to get it to stop?
