Guys a few additional pointers 1) I didn’t say ‘only in India’, I said in India as I travel daily to office and find it real that common sense doesn’t exist as much as expected. Even on rainy days, people just go very fast splashing rain water on others 2) I travelled to 14 countries, I agree it could happen in any country, but not at the same frequency 3) It looks like an under-construction road / fully muddied with water, why would the other car go so fast, knowing it’s muddied ? What’s the hurry ? All this said, I stay in India, I love my country - but will call out when civic sense is not there.

That’s not correct. On muddy roads, you need to watch nearby vehicles or keep your windows closed. On normal roads, you can open them and enjoy the view. Not everything in India deserves criticism.

I get your intention & message behind this, maybe people are just focusing on the tag of our country but missing the point. You could have avoided negative comments by just rephrasing it as just "Never drive with windows open",not trying to correct but just an observation here.
