I travelled by train for 4 years during my engineering days. The journey was from Vijayawada to Allahabad, and the train continued into Bihar. It was nasty once you cross Itarsi. Same train in south India was different vs. once it enters north. Crowded, uncivilised and dangerous. Those 4 years killed my appetite for train travel in India. Once I started earning, I never took a train again🚆

Maharashtra has some unreal scenic views... literally feels like India's Switzerland during the monsoons. 🏞️🍃 Went for a trek near Kamshet this morning with kids and friends. Moderate trail, 10+ waterfalls, lush greenery, fresh air... and views that make you forget everything else... Spent close to 4 hours there and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. There are still so many unexplored places around here... and honestly, let them remain that way. One request though, please don't take trekking lightly. Wear proper trekking shoes and gear, stick to trails that are officially open, and avoid entering restricted or high-risk areas. Some places are closed for a reason. Enjoy nature, but do it responsibly. ❤️
