This is not from Monty Python, but part of a Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) show called "To Norway, Home of Giants" which was made in 1979. It won the Chaplin award at Montreux entertainment festival that year. John Cleese played a english reporter called Norman Fearless.

For those who wonder: This was a part of the Norwegian entry to the Montreux Rose d'Or in the 70's. They were of the good luck to have Mr Cleese as the host.
