Does this baby deserve a grant from the Ministry of Silly Walks? I certainly see some excellent form! 🎩 Repost • @sverigesroligastebarn @angelinavarback #sillywalks #montypython

This is Harry! He was rescued by my daughter Camilla Cleese and I adore him.

Sharing a silly moment with Camilla Cleese’s dog-shaped creature, Hercules. 🐾

I'm moving to Substack!

Don’t miss your last chance to see me before I die! ☠️ Tickets for my fall tour are on sale now at 🪦

Make time for your fur friends! #lemurs Thank you to Headline Books for including a Lemur stop on the Fawlty Towers Book Tour.

Delighted to share that “Fawlty Towers: Fawlts and All” is now a Sunday Times Bestseller. Inside you’ll find behind-the-scenes chaos, on-set photographs dragged from the archives, and a laugh a page from a brillianted old stick insect! 🛎️🐹🌿🚗

Rather stuck on a Father’s Day gift? You’re in luck! I’ve packed all my favourite “Fawlty Towers” moments and behind the scenes stories into a book of Fawlty fun that makes a perfect Father’s Day gift. “Fawlty Towers: Fawlts and All” 📚🔑🛎️ US: UK:

The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog spotted in the wild! 🗡️🩸🐰 Thank you to dasfrankinc for risking his life to capture this video. #montypython #holyhandgrenade

Freshening up on my way to the tour…see you soon!

Attacked by one of my daughter Camilla Cleese’s beasts! 👹

There’s still time to catch me on my book tour for #FawltyTowers : Fawlts And All” at venues across the UK this Autumn! Find out what happened behind the scenes on the show & celebrate some Fawlty moments with me. 🛎️🐀😤🚗 🎟️👉

Eureka!! Hope you all are enjoying the World Cup

Remembering a dear friend, the always late Graham Chapman. He ceased to be 35 years ago today.

Have you ever been in an environment like this?

Sadly Philosopher Football did not make the cut for #PARIS2024 Olympic events.

“Life of Brian” premiered 45 years and 1 day ago. Here we are filming it in Tunisia.

Always look on the bright side of life. Thank you to everyone who sent me this lovely performance by the MozArt Group. #MontyPython

The brilliant Tracey Ullman

A proper request… 👑🐴🥥 #montypython #younglads

A message from my mum

The Ministry of Silly Walks applauds this brilliant display of excellence from Балет Игоря Моисеева! 📣👯‍♂️👏 #sillywalks #ministryofsillywalks #montypython

Do they deserve a grant to develop this Silly Walk? Tell me what you think and have a Silly Saturday! 👻🎩 #sillywalks

Start your New Year with philosophy…and a laugh! 🧐🤣💥

The Ministry of Silly Walks would like to remind you that today is #InternationalSillyWalksDay. Public displays of Silly Walking are strongly encouraged. Post your #SillyWalks for grant consideration and beware of any walks that are not particularly silly. 🎩 🧐

I can’t believe it has been more than 50 years since #FawltyTowers premiered on the BBC. This is one of my favourite clips. 🛎️🌿🚗 “Duck’s off, sorry.”

RUN AWAY!! 🐰🩸 #easterbunny

A very BORING, rigid interview with Jamie Lee Curtis, Kevin Kline, Michael Palin, and myself on “The Phil Donahue Show.” You can tell we all really hated working together.

The Four Yorkshiremen remind us that it could be worse… From “At Last the 1948 Show” with Marty Feldman, Graham Chapman, and Tim Brooke-Taylor. #comedy #luxury

May I see your Silly Walk? Sorry to be late to #InternationalSillyWalksDay this year, I’m afraid my walk has become rather sillier recently, and so it takes me longer to get to everything.

What sort of pets have you subjected yourself to? Dogs? Cats? Parrots? Allow me to present the many splendid virtues of fish… 🐠

Do you agree?
