Nobody comes into my office and says they've been losing ground for years. They come in for a knee or a shoulder. But when you ask the right questions, a different story emerges. They stopped hiking because it got too hard. They gave up tennis. They hesitate before the stairs they used to take without thinking. They've quietly rearranged their lives around what they can no longer do... and most of them didn't notice it happening. This is what I think of as the narrowing of people's lives. It's not a dramatic event. Instead, it's a gradual shrinking of what's physically possible, so slow that people mistake the adaptation for a choice. It wasn't a choice. It was the slow, quiet disappearance of capacity that nobody warned them to protect. They normalized all the changes and attributed them solely to aging. The narrowing is not inevitable!! Dammit... it's not ;-)! But it requires intention to resist because the body will not hold the capacity to do things you do not train, and the losses accumulate in silence until they don't.

It means: - Your volume is too high - Your recovery is in deficit - Your next session is compromised - Your nervous system is still cleaning up the last one - Your growth is being throttled by accumulated damage Soreness is a sign you did something. It is not a sign you did the right thing. A trained muscle in a sensible programme should rarely be sore at all. The first few weeks of a new stimulus, yes. After that, your body adapts. The soreness fades. The growth carries on without it. People treat this as a problem to solve. They add drop sets. They add finishers. They chase the burn. They want that next-day ache back because the ache feels like proof. It is not proof. It is damage your body now has to repair before it can build anything new. The lifters making the most progress walk out of the gym feeling worked but not wrecked. They train the same muscle again 72 hours later because they can. The sore-every-day brigade train it again in a week and call it advanced programming. It's just bad arithmetic.

Marjorie Taylor Greene also did when she was in office. Why is the list so short? It’s time to start asking our representatives why they aren’t standing for transparency.

I have a theory… I’ve previously stated that I believe Putin knew about the upcoming attack and did nothing to prevent it because he wanted to blame it on Ukraine to unite and mobilize his country. But what if that wasn’t his reason for not stopping the attack? What if he wanted a big terrorist attack to take place so the world (albeit temporarily) stops seeing Russia as the aggressor and thinks of it as a victim? Also, it's curious that just last night Russia conducted the biggest attack on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine since the beginning of the war, and today it's hardly talked about because of what happened in Crocus City… #Crocus #Moscow #Russia #Putin

Damage was recorded in 8 different districts of Kyiv City. In the Shevchenkivskyi District, a section of the top 3 floors of a 5-story apartment building was destroyed. The level of damage to the building in relation to what it is built out of suggests that an air defence missile (possibly IRIS-T) may have fell on it. It's also possible that a Geran-2 drone was affected by electronic warfare, causing it to hit the building. The second video shows a fire at the Martial Arts School and adjacent KPI Swimming Pool which appears to have suffered a direct impact.

You don't need arm days to build big arms. Pure heresy in the bro-science scriptures, I know. But 30 sets, six different angles and a conga line of finishers won't build them. That just buries the muscle in fatigue and damage faster than it can repair. Arms are small. They already take a beating from every row, chin and press you do. Pile an arm marathon on top and you sail straight past stimulation into the swamp, where the body is too busy patching torn tissue to build anything new. Here is the entire programme. One biceps exercise. One triceps exercise. Two heavy sets each. Twice a week. Lift heavy enough that the weight does the talking, then stop before fatigue muscles in. Give the arm one hard, clean reason to grow and leave it alone to get on with it. Four working sets a week, per arm. Watch them grow.
