In Super Mario Advance 2, a "pink Mario head replica" object can be created, which will sit on the ground and mimic Mario's head (except in pink). It does nothing when touched, but will give a power-up when eaten.

You shouldn't be eating pink Mario heads you find on the ground, Yoshi… You could get "dizzy"…

When I had this game on the GBA, I had a counterfeit copy that had a mystery to it. At one point, I died on one of the Forest of Illusion levels, and I had a Yoshi on the map screen. This Yoshi was different, it was yellow and had white shoes, and had some unique properties.
