Treyarch confirms their next Call of Duty Zombies game will be something "new" and something we've "never experienced before" based on learning from the past couple of years. This is definitely the right direction that zombies needs to move in right now. Take the franchise to a never before seen place. - Ditch the systems that have overstayed their welcome - Reinvigorate the formula - Take on board the criticisms of the story - And surprise us with something we never even saw coming but what we need The next era of Zombies needs to be a Mob of the Dead/Origins HUGE shift to the status quo.
