That other parent stays in your life forever and can make it absolute hell if you pick wrong. This year, doing something a little different. This is a reminder to everyone that you are your OWN STORYTELLER in your OWN LIFE. No one else can dictate who you are. No one deserves an explanation. I am evolved enough to know that nothing comes easy and no one is perfect. Everyone will judge you. No matter WHAT you do. And/ or what you don't do. Acceptance comes with accepting yourself first. And the difficult journey it takes sometimes to get there. I celebrate everyone taking the time to put one step in front of the next everyday in order to build the next version of themselves for the better. Allowing yourself grace, patience and respect...

Try something that might make you question your own consciousness… Say out loud: "I AM GOD." Now close your eyes and say those exact same words silently inside your mind. But wait… Who said them? You didn’t hear them with your ears. You didn’t see them with your eyes. Your mouth never moved. Yet somehow… you heard a voice. So ask yourself: If you are the one hearing the voice… then who is the one speaking? And if you can observe the voice in your mind… Are you the voice… or are you the one listening to it? Think about that for a moment.
