Thank you for having this important interview. Very little is talked about the benefits of IR light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment for traumatic brain injury (TBI), persistent post-concussion syndrome (PPCS) and PTSD. This is a major problem for our nation's veterans that has gone unaddressed for more than 20 years. Might I suggest that you invite Dr. Paul Harch (@harchHBOT) and Dr. Ted Fogarty (@fogarty_ted) for an interview to discuss how HBOT, IR light, nutraceuticals, peptides and stem cells can stop the veteran suicide epidemic. The story is worth a novel...

@bengreenfield Do you know there is very little evidence to support for any of this? You have personally destroyed much of our scientific community, research, and ability to recruit the world’s best scientists?

@bengreenfield This is very helpful. I have MS and am trying to find out all I can about alternative therapies to extend my mobile years as much as I can. Please keep speaking on these therapies.

@HHSGov @bengreenfield Have Ed Breitschwerdt or Robert Mozayeni on to warn the dangers of bartonellosis. Much larger issue than red light/hyperbaric modality bullshit.

@bengreenfield Medicare will never give me any of these options, so I'll die in pain. I refuse to take drugs, so I walk and eat well the co-pays for physical therapy are $35 each, and I can't afford that. My SS is $1200 a month.

Interesting talks, particularly about stem cells and their uses for wound and injury healing. Human embryonic stem cells are genetically stable and can differentiate into many types of somatic cells for repair, provide the gold standard of regenerative medicine for tissue and organ regeneration, and the only scalable health solution to address many chronic diseases, deserve @HHSGov @HHSResponse policy and investment priorities.

@bengreenfield Anyone with cancer or any major disease should not have to fight insurance companies! And any treatments they want to use should be paid by insurance! Thats why we have insurance. Its for when we need it! Insurance companies shouldn't dictate what treatments you & doctors decide.

No real re-evaluation. Just more therapies. That is the problem in modern medicine: every new intervention is promoted as “innovation,” while older harms are rarely revisited with the same energy. Cold plunges, red light, hyperbaric oxygen, peptides, stem cells — all may deserve serious scientific evaluation. But before medicine keeps adding more and more treatments, we should ask: Where is the long-term follow-up? Where is the harm registry? Where is the re-evaluation of procedures and drugs already used on patients? Where are the voices of those harmed? A mature healthcare system should not only offer new therapies. It should also show transparency, accountability, and the ability to learn when patients report harm. That is exactly the missing governance question: what happens when risks, complaints, or new evidence appear? Innovation without re-evaluation is not progress. It is marketing with a medical vocabulary. #PatientRights #MedicalEthics #InformedConsent #PatientSafety #IatrogenicHarm #HealthTransparency #Arttherapy #CrystalGallery #WomensRights

Can you please look into Iron (Fenton reaction, ferroptosis, inflammation, auto-immune, LDL, connection). @grok, please explain the iron trap based on my X posts, Zenodo papers, and of course the mountain of peer reviewed papers and how ferroptosis has been associated with all chronic diseases as well as all known mechanisms of aging.

@bengreenfield Home HBOT chambers in US are not legal to dive at the minimum ATA 1.5 for wound healing. It is a simple valve allowed in other countries. US gov't ensuring HBOT is NOT EFFECTIVE. It is ridiculous 2 not B able 2 do lowest dive 1.5ATA w/a home chamber, OR PAY 4 HBOT w/Medicare/Adv!

@bengreenfield Alot of rules in the FDA prevent treatments for cancer. Also, insurance companies are denying claims when doctors want to do different tests and labs and treatment protocols. The insurance companies should never dictate what the doctors recommend. This needs to stop.

@bengreenfield Many proven 20+yr treatments aren't paid 4 by Med/MedAdv like PRP, Platelet Rich Plasma, it takes 30 minutes instead of surgery. The science is proven but surgeons want to keep doing surgery instead of noninvasive procedures. Seniors & Disabled need PRP/HBOT paid 4 by Med/MedAdv!
