White South Africans or foreigners generally aren’t competing with illegal migrants for limited public resources. Most don’t live in townships or informal settlements where the pressure on public clinics, schools and low skilled jobs is felt most. Poor black South Africans do. In the end, prosecutors dropped the charge, but only after he had already been dragged through the system and branded a threat. That is not a “misunderstanding.” That is a violation of his rights and a breach of the public trust. Body-worn cameras were introduced to bring transparency and accountability to policing. They only work when we are willing to confront what they show us, even when it exposes misconduct by those in uniform. False statements by law enforcement must be treated with the same gravity as the accusations they level against our communities. When an officer’s words can put a child in a cage, any abuse of that power has to be investigated, documented, and answered with real consequences.

It is done professionally collect verifiable evidence, submit your report to the appointing authority, and allow the relevant institutions to investigate. Social media insults, unverified allegations, and trial by public opinion are not due process. Those of us who value facts over noise understand that an assignment demands discipline, confidentiality, and evidence not hashtags and character assassination. Secondly, your claim that Odrek Rwabwogo deceived H.E. Yoweri K Museveni is reckless unless you possess credible evidence. Were you present during every discussion? Do you know the full context or agreements reached between the parties involved? Assumptions are not facts, and speculation is not proof. Thirdly, regarding Rtd Gen. Minister Norma Foley has publicly stated that she had no knowledge of the book “What’s the T.” Yet former Fine Gael Minister Charlie Flanagan has stated that he personally spoke to her in 2023 and asked her to read it. Both accounts cannot be correct. I put that question directly to Minister Peter Burke, standing in for the Taoiseach and Tánaiste. His response was that he could not comment because he knew nothing about the matter. That is not accountability. When there are two conflicting public accounts from senior political figures, the public is entitled to a clear answer. Silence is not an answer. The reality is that unemployment, poverty, inequality, hunger, corruption, collapsing public services, crime and hopelessness were not created by migrants. They are the product of decades of failed economic policies, deindustrialisation, austerity, corruption and the abandonment of working-class communities. Those who cannot defend their arguments with facts resort to insults. We block them. Those who deliberately spread misinformation, sow fear and hatred, or divert discussions away from the real issues confronting workers and the poor, we ignore. Our task is not to win social media shouting matches. Our task is to organise, educate and mobilise. We will continue to expose the lies, challenge the scapegoating of vulnerable people, and direct attention to the real causes of the crisis facing millions of South Africans. A forensic investigation Abacus Financial Crime Advisory already in 2020 exposed this rot, yet the SIU probe drags on with no arrests, no accountability. Wounded soldiers have died waiting for care that never came—this is murder by greed! Most outrageous, the Minister of Defence lied to Parliament, Angie Motshekga, lied to Parliament by saying that there are no legal or criminal issues tied to this disaster. The EFF has already charged her with the Parliamentary Ethics Committee for misleading Parliament, and we demand her immediate accountability, resignation, or removal.
