Andrew is especially upset that Judge Cannon may have set up the prosecution of Jack Smith. Also, it’s quite something to hear Andrew question Judge Cannon’s authority over internal executive branch communications when Judge Boasberg did exactly that after Norm Eisen and David Brock’s group, American Oversight, sued to preserve the records (probably for future impeachments and/or prosecutions).
