In less than 3 and a half years, LIV Golf’s production team have made a big impact on golf broadcasts, constantly pushing boundaries and bringing in new innovations. James Watson, Keith Hirshland and the rest of the original team were a huge part of that and they deserve so much credit for the success they’ve had to start this project from scratch and get it to where it is today. In my opinion, LIV Golf has quickly become the industry leader in bringing the viewer closer to the action. They’ve constantly added new features, like the “LIV Line”, “drone tracer”, “Any Shot Any Time”, plus many others. And have always taken on board fan feedback to apply changes that help produce a more engaging product. Their success has also been validated by how much the PGA Tour broadcasts have improved over the last 2 years to keep up, including utilising some of their ideas. A rising tide lifts all boats. I hope that the incoming Mark Loomis and EverWonder share the same vision to innovate and constantly push the broadcast forward that James and Keith have.
