Please make a 4-6w panel with an integrated enclosure that is ip67, has a decent charge controller, 18650 batteries, and a nrf based Lora radio. Make it out of polycarbonate so it won’t melt in the sun like some others out there.

The problem with this setup is that sometimes condensation builds up inside. But maybe silica gel packs are enough to avoid issues for quite some time.
