This elderly e-rickshaw driver is a cancer patient. He drives an e-rickshaw to earn money for his treatment. He was taking passengers to their destination, and after that he had to go and get his cancer medicine. But some cruel boys remotely switched off his e-rickshaw through the app. The vehicle stopped, the passengers left without paying, and he couldn't even go to get his medicine. After standing there for a long time, a few kind people came forward, helped him, and restarted the e-rickshaw. Our society has some truly terrible people who create problems for others just for fun. They use the app to switch off e-rickshaws without caring about the driver's situation. Most e-rickshaw drivers are poor and have many responsibilities. Harassing them for entertainment is simply shameful.

The Modi government has turned these lifelines of the masses into private financiers for only the rich and powerful corporations. I met with a delegation from the All India Banking Officers Confederation, who expressed their distress at the state of our public sector banks and the impact of it on common people. - Public Sector Banks are being forced to prioritise profit over people and are thus unable to serve the public effectively - With staff shortages and a toxic work environment, they are expected to reach unachievable targets without a level playing field - Women employees are not given equal opportunity or advancement and forced to bear the brunt of dissatisfied public Modi govt must stop using PSBs as an unlimited source of funds for their fraudulent friends. There’s also more to a public sector bank than a dividend cheque to the govt at the end of the year.

A Semiconductor company was planning to invest in Karnataka. They were told by the Union Govt that if they want incentives, they shouldn't invest in 'Enemy States' according to a Karnataka Minister. Usually 'Enemy States' is a term used for enemy countries, but now it is used to address non-BJP ruled states. Modi Govt is weaponizing Central Schemes to promote investments to Gujarat and only Gujarat! Union Govt is supposed to be impartial, but even Maharashtra which is a BJP ruled state is also considered an enemy state. We are not against Gujarat's development. But India is not just Gujarat and Gujarat is not entire India. When a new Govt comes in the centre and if all projects are taking to another state, how will people of Gujarat feel? I was absolutely privileged to visit the govt school in Medipallikalan, near Parigi. It is the best run govt school I have seen in Telangana. The credit goes through the Village and the school principal Kajha Mohiddin. He worked in the same school for 14 yrs and involve the entire village to make it a success. When he was transferred, the whole village protested in front of the collectrate and got him back. Public education system/Govt. Schools in Telangana is totally destroyed. The previous TG govt killed and the present govt is unable to revive it. In the past a majority used to go to govt schools Add few to private schools. It is the opposite now. The community needs to get involved and the community needs to be empowered to have a say in the running of the govt schools. The Medipallikalan Govt. School model needs to be replicated. I want to make at least 50 schools in my constituency, like this one.

Wait for elections to get over! ▪️It has NOT been done to benefit the consumer ▪️It has been done to cushion the oil marketing companies like IOC, HPCL & BPCL ▪️Amidst rising global oil prices and supply disruptions the under recoveries of oil marketing companies were rising and margins were under pressure ▪️The govt has decided to take a hit on its own exchequer to maintain financial health of OMCs ▪️In the last 12 years the Modi govt has raised excise duty on petrol and diesel 14 times, and mostly under special and additional category and cess which is not shared with the states ▪️These repeated excise duty hikes boosted central government revenue from petroleum products to by Rs 39,000,000,000,000 (Rs 39 lakh crore) ▪️Excise duties under UPA Diesel: Rs 3.56/ litre Petrol: Rs 9.48/ litre ▪️Under Modi govt peak excise duty Diesel: Rs 31.83/ litre, ⬆️ 800% Petrol: Rs 32.98/ litre, ⬆️250% ▪️The govt did NOT pass benefits to consumers even when price of global crude came down significantly, it instead filled its own exchequer. ▪️This move to cushion the oil marketing companies is similar to oil bonds that the BJP so vehemently criticises 👉This revenue sacrifice via excise cuts is being done to shield OMCs and prevent sharp spike in prices - exactly what oil bonds did! 👉One will have to see what the govt dos when elections are over in the 5 states.
