Air India Statement Air India welcomes back stranded passengers from Dubai on flight AI916D that landed at 1058 hrs IST at Delhi Airport. The aircraft, VT-EDC, ferried a total of 149 passengers. This is the first flight operated by an Indian carrier for the homecoming of passengers amid the ongoing situation in the Middle East. Earlier this morning, 143 cockpit and cabin crew members of Air India and Air India Express who were stranded in Dubai safely arrived back in Delhi on flight AI918D. Our Operations Control Centre and supporting teams have been working around the clock to facilitate these flights in extraordinary circumstances, ensuring seamless coordination throughout. We express our sincere gratitude to the Government of India, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), and the local authorities in Dubai for their continued cooperation in enabling these vital operations. We remain deeply committed to the safety and wellbeing of our passengers and crew, which continues to be our highest priority. We will continue to monitor the situation, and we are in close contact with Dubai Airports and other relevant authorities to operate more flights at the earliest opportunity, as and when permissible.

Same happens when he flies over Saudi Arabia and Israel's air space. Compare this with the time,when ex PM Maunmohan Singh used to visit the Middle East. 💢🇸🇦🇾🇪 REPORT | Saudi Arabia and Yemen’s Ansar Allah traded fire Monday in an escalation that shatters a years-long truce, as the Saudi-led coalition aircraft struck Sanaa International Airport and the Yemeni group retaliated by launching ballistic missiles and drones at Saudi Arabia in return. 🔸Ansar Allah said Saudi warplanes hit the runway at Sanaa, Yemen’s capital, at 1:54 p.m. to close the airport to humanitarian flights carrying patients and stranded people. Yemen’s Saudi-backed government said the strike was meant to stop an Iranian Mahan Air flight from landing without Saudi authorization. This is horrific. Why do Americans allow what is going on in Israel and Gaza to influence how we treat fellow Americans? A 6-year-old Muslim boy was stabbed to death in Illinois by a 71-year-old man. Wadea Al-Fayoume was a normal 6-year-old who was living a normal day when the 71-year old man stabbed both him and his mother. They were targeted just because they were Muslim. The Will County Sheriff said, “Detectives were able to determine that both victims in this brutal attack were targeted by the suspect due to them being Muslim and the ongoing Middle Eastern conflict involving Hamas and the Israelis.” We need to separate terrorists from normal people. We need to stop creating stereotypes based on a religion or a skin color. Most people are good people.

I drove from Jammu to Srinagar today. It snowed continuously from Banihal to Srinagar. The conditions were quite treacherous. I understand there are around 2000 vehicles stuck between the tunnel & Qazigund. My office has been in touch with the administration in South Kashmir. While snow clearance has been done the road is very icy. Heavy vehicles are being allowed to move & efforts are on to clear the rest of the stranded vehicles.

Tennessee State University along with other HBCU’s are celebrating after police had to escort us off campus for our safety. To be clear, the cops didn’t ask us to leave due to being there without permission. They decided after 10 minutes that for our safety, it’s best that we end the event. Due to a hostile mob, the cops were forced to escort us to our cars.
