From small FPVs to large UAVs, millions of unmanned systems are set to be inducted into the Indian armed forces in the next 5 years. 🇮🇳 Details- 🔽 The Indian Army sits at the centre of this shift. Over 1,00,000 drone operatives have already been trained & are being equipped with FPV strike drones, swarm systems, loitering munitions & long range UAVs. Dedicated Shaktibaan Regiments will anchor large scale unmanned warfare, while Ashni platoons are being embedded across 385 infantry battalions. light commando forces like Bhairav will also employ unmanned systems for ISR, targeting & precision strike. - Indian Air force is already doing mass induction of unmanned platforms for long range ISR, deep strike, ew & special missions, integrating UAVs into both peacetime surveillance & high intensity conflict situations. - Indian Navy is also rapidly transitioning towards unmanned ops across the maritime domain, with large numbers of airborne, surface & underwater unmanned systems planned for maritime surveillance, ASW, mine countermeasures & strike support roles. - The Indian Coast Guard will increasingly depend on unmanned systems for persistent maritime domain awareness, EEZ monitoring, coastal security & search & rescue missions. This lady had a msg from her friend today who is an army wife. She has told her info about the Afghan resettlement scheme that hasnt been made public. Out of the 32k Afghans that were moved to the UK, 60% werent actually eligible but this wasnt found out until they got here as none of them were vetted. The Afghan families are living on army camps next to where serving soldiers are living with their families. The afghan kids bully the british kids at the parks, the afghan families dont speak english & are stealing trollies full of shopping. Soldiers needing bigger homes on camp have been refused as they are for the Afghans. Like this lady says, they came here to be safe but we have open borders and anyone can come in...if somebody wanted to hurt these Afghans they would easily be able to get to them....how much more are we not being told 🤬

Instead of reducing activities, sources have said that the Army has adopted a proactive winter posture, establishing temporary bases and surveillance posts deep within snow-covered areas to maintain unbroken pressure on possible terrorist hideouts. Operating in sub-zero temperatures with limited visibility, Army patrols have been regularly traversing high-altitude ridgelines, valleys, and forested areas to deny terrorists any sanctuary. The shift according to experts signifies an evolution in counter-terrorism tactics, underlining both the Army’s adaptability and its resolve to maintain operational momentum irrespective of the season or terrain. A defining feature of this year’s counter-terror strategy has been the integrated approach to operations. On February 28, a girls school in Minab was bombed. The claim is at least 165 people died, mostly young girls. While this is a tragedy that needs to be communicated before anything else, we need to look at the known facts. Right now, this event is being used as the main political weapon against the joint US and Israeli military operations in Iran. If successful, stopping these operations will cause thousands more schoolgirls to become victims by allowing the Islamic Republic to survive. We cannot let the death of these girls be used to sacrifice thousands of others. We know for a fact that neither the United States nor Israel target schools or kill children on purpose. We also know for a fact that the Islamic Republic and its proxies use children as human shields. Whether the bombing in Minab was an intelligence failure, target misinformation, or a mistake, we have to acknowledge the tragic cost of military operations. If your standard is that no military operations with civilian casualties should ever take place, then you are expecting a standard no army in the world can abide by. Doing nothing is not the option with the least loss of civilian life. If you look at movements like free Palestine or the axis of resistance, they show their loudest outrage when the US and Israel cause civilian casualties by mistake, but they are silent when terrorist groups target civilians on purpose. As an Iranian, I can tell you that even before these operations started, people in Iran understood they would have to pay a price in civilian lives. They knew it ahead of time and they were asking for it, because the number of innocent victims of a surviving Islamic Republic will be astronomically higher.
