@TheBarberShopwS The main issue in our country is with the Law & Order and it's implementation. Pathetic and disgusting at the same time. People in the West feel afraid to even think of doing a crime or breaking the law because they know the consequences which include a heavy fine and jail.

@TheBarberShopwS I also think it's a mentality issue, a clean place is more likely to remain cleaned until and unless a person contributes to make the place dirty, others then follow.
