I made a nice little customization to the Rigify rig. Rigify has a setting to switch between "toe-tip roll" and "toe on the ground" ... but it's a property. To bring it to the viewport I set a driver to switch between the two states by scaling of the heel control. Then I created some shapekeys for the shape of the control to make it reflect the state of the foot. Also, there is a dot on the shape which is controlled by another shapekey. The dot is big only when the toe is fully down or fully up, otherwise it's tiny. #b3d #rigify #rigtip

➡️It's a little embarrassing to share, but I feel like it took me way to long to realize the better workflow with rigging. So here's a little #live2d tip for those beginner artists that clicked for me a while back! I used to rig all body, clothing, and accessories for one given area all at once, but I think it ended up being inconsistent to other parts of the model. My workflow was slower too. 😬 It's similar to the inconsistencies you'd get by not drawing the bone structures of your character drawing, and just trying to draw the clothes right away. Body parts can sometimes seem to not line up, especially as a newer artist. It's a small change, but rigging only the nude base in full and then slowly adding one clothing part at a time makes the entire rigging process easier.😄 I know it seems really obvious, but I actually didn't start doing this until early last year. Everything comes together much faster and much more consistently, so definitely give it a try! Hope you enjoy this #vtuber leg rigging ☺️

Announcing the upcoming FlatForge plugin. The first HueForge plugin. It's HueForge - But Flat. have created an information page about this upcoming plugin. I am planning to release it by the end of September. It will start off at a $15 one time payment (no more payments ever, full updates forever) until after Cyber Monday when it will go up to it's full price of $20. I have spent a lot of time and effort not just on this plugin but on the Plugin system as a whole. I will be working with a few select users/developers to finalize the plugin API before releasing it for you all to use as well. More information on the Plugin system will come after launch.

It's easy to make up figures, but Russia shows you facts, what does Zelensky show to back up his claims? Nothing. For every 1 Russian casualty 20 Ukrainians fall. Russia dominates Ukraine 9 to 1 is fire power. A single FAB-3000 could eliminaтe 100+ soldiers. That's reality. You may not like it, CNN didn't say so, so that makes me wrong to you, but yet you show nothing to counter these figures. Drone warfare is fairly 1:1. Ballistic, heavy bombs, artillery is incomparable and you know it but can't accept these facts. I'm not here to celebrate over dеаd men, it hurts me to see Ukrainians dуing in such numbers. Russian soldiers are contracted, trained, well paid with high morale. Ukrainians? They are dragged off the streets into vans, 2 weeks of training if lucky and then off to the front. Do you criticize that? Or it's justified by Zelensky? Again, outside the physical domination by Russia, it is also psychologically more dominant. You either lie to yourself after reading this or you just ignorant. Western media has done more damage for the average Ukrainian than it has made gains in the PR warfare. I’m upset. Because it took me 57 years to discover that homemade sour cream is incredible. You must try this! Not only was it easy to make, I got to choose the cream that went into it (A2). Simply mix 1 tbs white vinegar with 1 cup heavy cream, stir, cover with cheesecloth and refrigerate for 12-24 hours. The result has the subtle sweetness that you taste in cream and it’s the smoothest thing ever. I had to stop myself from eating it right off the spoon. I had planned to let it sit at room temp for 4 hours to accelerate the thickening and then refrigerate but I forgot and left it out (69°) for 14 hours but it turned out perfect! You can make your sour cream probiotic by adding some live yogurt or kefir to cream instead of vinegar and intentionally leave it at room temp until thickened as desired. That’s a future project for me.

The moment you try to replicate this with the general public it'll smooth over a bimodal distribution. Some people have a circadian rhythm synchronised to Earth. The rest of us? How I use Claude Code and Remotion to make animated diagrams. Sorry, it's not a single prompt. 1. Find an input language the model knows well. For example, Mermaid for flowcharts. Claude writes it fluently, so it's my entry point. 2. Use Claude to build components that take that input and bake in the guardrails: design system, animation patterns, layout rules. 3. Now I can describe what I want in plain English e.g. "create a flowchart for the tier check section in the script", and Claude translates it to our input language: ``` flowchart TD t1[Tier 1 read-only] t2[Tier 2 in-project writes] t3[Tier 3 everything else] action[Action] --> t1 action --> t2 action --> t3 t1 --> skip([Skips classifier]) t2 --> skip t3 --> classifier{Classifier} classifier --> approve[Approve] classifier --> deny[Deny] ``` The component handles the rest: layout, styling, node and edge reveals. It also takes events for follow-ups like the trace dot that follows a path and lights up nodes. 4. To finish it off, I wrapped the board in a separate CRT shader component. It really helps to have a shared vocabulary with your agent. When I say "rise in fast on enter", it knows I mean fade in while translating up, from a set offset, faster than the default duration, with a specific bezier curve.
