I Appreciate the Improvements in Abia State, But Enugu is Doing Far Better Based on Statistics - Bwala There are APC states doing much better. What Lagos has even achieved is dealing with the infrastructure, agriculture, security, and sanitation of the state. Borno State has also demonstrated the effectiveness of its governor. Unknown to most people that argued here earlier, It was Lateef Jakande that referred to Lagos as "a No-Man’s Land" in his inaugural address as the first civilian governor of Lagos State on October 1, 1979. He used the phrase in a historical context, explaining that in 1954, Lagos was separated from the rest of the Colony and constituted a Federal Territory, "that is to say, a No-Man’s Land." Just like I was telling the same set of clowns earlier about the Kano No man's land in Kano in Sabon Gari.
