Late drone flight start today because of rains early, but now it’s great visibility to see about 53 Cybercabs in 3 groups & driving around on the Giga Texas outbound lot today & a dozen more at crash testing, with one showing a potential rollover test that was recently completed. Production of Cybertruck & Model Ys was also underway this morning, so all product lines seem to be in some phase of operation today!

Cybercabs are multiplying at Giga Texas today, with some driving on the EOL test track, & a great opportunity to see a matte wrapped & production glossy gold versions side by side … great way to see the difference up close! About 40-50 Cybercabs all over the site today, including some testing out the factory exit to the W EOL facility routes, many of the prototypes at the Crash Testing facility today (possibly for recycling) and more! This short video clips show the test driving & comparison between the older and production versions!

The death of the first flying wing On this day in 1948: USAF prototype Northrop YB-49 [42-102368] a flying wing jet bomber, crashes in California (US) all 5 aboard die. The aircraft had a structural failure on a test flight. Enquiry stated that the outer wing sections detached when pulling from a dive, likely after an intentional stall. Despite development work continuing for two more years, the YB-49 project would be canceled in the mid-1950s, in favor of more conventional designs. The flying wing concept only became practical with the advent of computers in the 1980s, with the B-2, whose advanced electronics compensated for the instability of the tailless aircraft. As a memorial to the victims, Forbes AFB and Edwards AFB are named in honor, respectively, of the pilot (Major Daniel Forbes) and copilot (Capt Glen Edwards) who perished in this crash. We need to be paying more attention and learn from our friends in Kyiv. - Over 12,000 drones were operating over a city the size of Hereford in a single day. Yes… one day. - 90% of casualties are caused by drones. Not artillery or rifles. Just drones. - Russia is close to building a million drones a month. Ukraine is trying to match them. - Russia's uncrewed systems force is 80,000 strong. That is bigger than our entire Army. Britain has to catch up and we don't have the luxury of time to do it. We MUST: - Treat drones as ammunition. - Build up always-on drone production here in the UK. - Centralise the data. Use AI to make them smarter. - Stand up an uncrewed systems force now. 29 May 2026 Giga Texas Snapshots! AS I get ready to head off to Europe for a few weeks to attend the Tesla Club Austria Takeover Europe event, Here is an extended snapshots video clip showing a site absolutely brimming with activity. Today is also a rare production day to make up for the holiday on Monday. Cybercabs all over the place today, exiting the factory, driving in the outbound lot for transport pickup, many with their hatches open prepping for final inspections and more! The refreshed Tesla Semi with extended cab removed at the Crash Testing facility today too! Construction in 4 major sites is really moving along today too, including more steel erection at the N Optimus factory site, and the extension ground reclamation work continues to progress. The E Advanced Tech Chip fab shows more earth preparation and Cortex 2 part 2 of the cooling system getting 4 of these 6 fan units installed while more Megapacks have arrived and are being installed. The SW Test Track is also getting work done on it, with some new excavation work and pipe installation along with new concrete curbs. So mush more to see today and I hope you enjoy this slightly loner snapshots look at the factory today. See you in a few weeks!

The viral clip is not California Highway Patrol footage (despite the watermark on some versions). It’s from Belmar Police Department in New Jersey (a small shore town in Monmouth County). The stop happened on November 4, 2023, by Officer Vojtko after he saw the woman driving the wrong way on a one-way street. She had run a stop sign, was driving erratically, and smelled of alcohol. No name has been publicly released in any official footage, court summary, or reliable news source — bodycam channels almost never dox subjects unless the case was already high-profile. No evidence of any follow-up arrests, additional DUIs, or further incidents since the 2024 plea.She is described as a 25-year-old woman (from the Elizabeth, NJ area). The short viral clip you saw is just the roadside portion. The full video (uploaded April 2025 to the “Officer Axon” YouTube channel) continues at the police station, where:She initially agreed to a breath test but refused once she wasn’t allowed to make a phone call. Big push to Self-reliance in Unmanned Aerial Systems Hon’able PM on his visit to Nagpur on 30 Mar 2025, made his last halt of the day at Solar Defence & Aerospace Ltd (SDAL) Nagpur. Shri Satyanarayan Nuwal, Chairman and Mr Raghav Nuwal welcomed the Hon’able PM at SDAL Helipad. From there he was escorted to Technical Area where Hon’ble PM inaugurated Loiter Munition Test Range. Spread over 1080 acres this test range has a dedicated Command & Control Centre, UAV Take off Area, Endurance and Communication Range check facility, Parachute Recovery Area, Static & Moving Target Engagement, Target Hit and CEP Measurement, Warhead Lethality Test facility, and many more. After the inauguration the PM visited the product gallery wherein SDAL showcased its products like Pinaka Rocket System, Air-bombs, Mines, Grenade, Military Explosives, ATGM, Nagastra 1 & 2 Loiter Munitions, and many more. Thereafter, the PM was then escorted by the Chairman to the newly constructed Air strip where he was received by Mr. Manish Nuwal, MD & CEO, SDAL. He then proceeded to unveil the Plaque to mark the Inauguration of the new 1.27 km Runway Facility for Development & Testing of MALE/HALE Class Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). Solar has taken a big initiative for developing a MALE UAV and a suo-moto proposal has already been submitted to IAF which is under consideration. The Prime Minister also witnessed the display of the state of art indigenously developed systems viz. Loiter Munition (Nagastra 3), Bhargavastra (Micro-Missile based Counter Drone System) and Bhaumastra (Mine Detection & Disposal System). Key highlights of displayed systems are as follows: - • Loitering Munitions: Many Indian industries and start-ups have entered drone related technologies and systems mostly focused on surveillance and logistics applications. Use of drones and UAVs for combat applications requires critical competency and infrastructure. Keeping in view the futuristic requirements of this emerging technology, SIDAL has taken the initiative to develop Nagastra series of Loiter Munitions of ranges from 15 km to more than 100 km and explosive payload carrying capability from 1 kg to 10 kg. Nagastra 3 is a Vehicle Launched Loiter Munition System of endurance 3 hours, range 100 km and can carry 8.5 kg warhead. It is being developed under Make 2 project from Arty of Indian Army. • Bhargavastra is an indigenously designed and developed Counter Drone System meant for quick interception of drones for an assured hard kill using tiny, guided missiles with swarm engagement capability. This solution offers mobile protection against drone attacks with near simultaneous engagement of multiple drones. With a long range of detection (upto 6 km) and long range of neutralization (upto 2.5 km), it ensures safety of vulnerable assets/battlefield formations. • SDAL has taken an initiative to address the global menace of land mines detection and disposal. As per some estimates there are more than 11 million buried mines world over which remain uncleared and are causing casualties or maiming of both soldiers and civilians in peace time.
